Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Student Management assistant to support the Discipline team in maintaining student order and safety within the school environment.

You will assist with house visits, follow-up calls to parents, and supervising students during detention, patrols, and school events. The role involves investigations, case management for at-risk students, and collaboration with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students’ discipline.
• Assist the Discipline team to conduct house visits with school personnel and make follow-up calls to parents.
• Manage students under inhouse detention, missing students and melt nda etc;
• Patrol the school premises to ensure student orderliness including routine traffic and canteen duties; free play areas and out of school (neighbouring blocks and playgrounds);
• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk
• Conduct investigations as part of case management (e.g. take statement from students) and submit report;
• Conduct spot-checks on students’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair;
• Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities;
• Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support;
• Participate in student management meetings
• Guide school staff to conduct investigations and manage student incidents/discipline
• Any other ad-hoc duties that work to support
