Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with children/teens in diverse settings.
• Experience supervising disciplinary proceedings, case management or behavior support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to de-escalate conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and SMT in handling student discipline cases during recess and activities.
• Assist in case fact-finding and coordinate updates with parents or guardians.
• Conduct safety patrols, monitor entry/exit points and manage peak crowds.
• Maintain student database logs, track attendance and prepare discipline trend reports.
• Support student welfare briefings and refer at-risk students to counsellors.
• Coordinate with external support networks when needed.
