ALBEDO DESIGN PTE. LTD. seeks a Student Development Support Officer for Greenridge Secondary School in Singapore. The role supports the Student Management Team and assists with discipline policies and records, while handling student interviews and basic investigations.

The contract runs from 4 January to 30 November 2027, with Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm (excluding lunch). Weekends and gazetted public holidays are off. Salary ranges SGD 2,600–2,800 per month.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.
• Experience in classroom management and discipline administration preferred.
• Ability to interview students and carry out basic investigations.
• Ability to manage competing tasks independently and with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Student Management Team in applying discipline policies and following up with pupils serving disciplinary consequences.
• Compile and organise discipline records. Work with Year Heads, Character and Citizenship Education staff and the Student Management Committee on assigned cases.
• Support character development, detention, in-house suspension and Gear-Up programmes. Update offence records and carry out related administrative and operational duties.
• On co-curricular activity days, assist the Head of CCA and CCA teachers with student management when additional support is needed.
