Allkin Singapore Ltd is seeking coordinators for its Student Academy to support children aged 7-14 in a safe, nurturing environment. You will supervise activities, foster social-emotional growth, and assist with daily centre operations.

The role emphasizes positive relationships with students and families, effective classroom management, and collaboration with schools and social workers to ensure each child’s well-being and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during study time, meals, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and support students' social-emotional development.
• Apply behaviour management strategies and elevate concerns when needed.
• Plan and facilitate developmental activities, holiday programmes, and outings.
• Conduct homework supervision and provide day-to-day learning support.
• Maintain accurate student attendance and documentation records.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers on students' progress and well-being.
• Support in daily centre operations and onboarding of new students and families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, schools, and social workers when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Care & Student Support

• Supervise students during study time, meals, and activities


• Build positive relationships and support students' social-emotional development


• Apply behaviour management strategies and elevate concerns when needed

Programme Facilitation

• Plan and facilitate developmental activities, holiday programmes, and outings


• Conduct homework supervision and provide day-to-day learning support

Operations & Engagement

• Maintain accurate student attendance and documentation records


• Communicate with parents and caregivers on students' progress and well-being


• Support in daily centre operations the onboarding of new students and families.


• Collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, schools, and social workers whenever required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 'O' Level.


• Passion for working with children and families.


• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and parents.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive, energetic, and adaptable approach to challenges.

• Good organisational and administrative skills.
