Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma from local polytechnic or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience working with youth in professional settings.
• 2 years of experience in conducting investigations or case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with students, victims and witnesses as part of misconduct investigations.
• Glean and review statements, CCTV footage and relevant evidence.
• Prepare objective investigation reports following MOE guidelines.
• Liaise with external agencies when cases require escalation.
