Job summary

The Student Care Teacher at Tipping Point Education PTE. LTD. is responsible for supervising and supporting children in the student care centre, helping with homework, and ensuring their well-being.

You will be a role-model, promoting trust and confidence as part of a caring educational team. Working hours are from 11am to 7pm with variations during school holidays. Salary ranges from SGD 1,200 to SGD 2,000 per month, reflecting part-time or full-time commitments.

Qualifications

• GCE O’/A’ Level or equivalent education preferred.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Education/Teaching or related field preferred.
• Professional Certificate/NiTEC accepted.
• Experience in teaching or student care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and organise learning activities for the care centre.
• Assist with homework and monitor students’ well-being.
• Maintain classroom hygiene and safety.
• Support Centre Supervisor and guide students during homework supervision.
• Foster trust, confidence and role-model behaviour.

Job Description

The Student Care Teacher is responsible for supervising and monitoring children in our student care centre, assisting them with homework and ensuring their well-being. Aiding them, provide a pillar of trust and confidence, encouraging them to pursue tangible goals. In short. You are a role-model.

Key Responsibilities

• Part of the Teachers Family to perform the following:


• Plan, Execute, Organise Learning Resources/Activities for the care centre.


• Sanitise and maintain classroom hygiene


• Mark and Revise Academic assessment work


• Brainstorm and Contribute Creative learning for festive seasons


• Bring you family values, laughter and enthusiasm


• Role-Model


• Work with the Centre Supervisor


• Provide guidance in students’ learning during homework supervision


• Always ensure their safety and well-being


• Fetching duties and shower duties


• Able to run faster than primary school kids

Job Requirements

• Preferably candidate with GCE O’ or A’ Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent


• Preferably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field


• Need to have a valid working valid passes or Singapore Citizenships


• Passion to work with children
