Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a student care or related environment with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to physically support children's daily routines and classroom activities.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good understanding of student care operations, programme planning, and classroom management


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards for Student Care Centres


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, schools, and staff
