Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Student Care Centre or related environment.
At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Ability to physically support children’s daily routines and activities.
Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards for student care centres.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily Student Care Centre operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Coach and develop centre staff to maintain high performance and professional standards.
Implement safety and supervision protocols in line with policies.
Build relationships with parents, schools and external partners.
Ensure adherence to policies, licensing, health and safety regulations.
Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance and resource allocation.
Oversee centre administration, documentation, incident reporting and enrolment.
