Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve service goals and ensure quality of care.
• Implement policies and ensure compliance with standards and statutory requirements.
• Supervise staff and monitor progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate ICP discussions and enrolment/discharge procedures for clients.
• Organise orientation, talks, and trainings for parents, teachers, volunteers and staff.
• Manage financial and administrative aspects of the SSCC operations.
