BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking two Student Support Assistants (Discipline) to be based at Sembawang Drive, Singapore. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with a daily schedule designed around school operations and a total weekly commitment around 34.67 hours.

The roles involve supervising student behaviour, facilitating disciplinary activities, and assisting with school events under the guidance of School Leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 GCE O Level passes including English.
• At least 1 year of student engagement experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to set boundaries.

Aufgaben

• Perform area supervision and walkabouts during stipulated hours to proactively manage student behaviour.
• Assemble and supervise students during assigned consequences (e.g. detention, reflection sessions, and community service), ensuring an orderly and meaningful environment.
• Assist Key Personnel in incident management by conducting preliminary conversations and compiling relevant school records.
• Assist with the facilitation of school events and student development programmes as required.
• Maintain firm professional boundaries and employ a supportive, restorative approach in all interactions with students.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the School Leaders or Key Personnel during stipulated working hours.
