Job summary

Beacon Primary School in Singapore seeks a disciplined, team-oriented coordinator to support the Discipline Team with student conduct, home visits, and parental follow-up. You will patrol campus areas, assist with in-school suspensions, manage incidents, review CCTV as needed, and help prepare clear incident reports while upholding confidentiality and fairness.

Qualifications

• At least three years in enforcement or uniformed services with case management and disciplinary support.
• Ability to speak and read English and prepare incident reports in English.
• Experience with school-age children and building rapport with students and stakeholders.
• Primary school and student-management experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with teachers and Student Management Committee.
• Basic ICT skills including MS Office data entry and incident logging.
• Maintain confidentiality and fairness during investigations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Discipline Team with student discipline; accompany staff on home visits; follow up with parents.
• Support students under in-school suspension and manage emotional incidents; guide transitions to class.
• Patrol the school, canteen, playgrounds; perform traffic duties; maintain student orderliness.
• Support case management for at-risk students; gather statements; review CCTV footage; prepare reports.
• Check students' attire and grooming; maintain discipline during events.
• Supervise and engage students with additional needs; participate in management meetings.
• Guide staff in investigations and handling incidents; carry out other duties to develop at-risk students.
