Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Student Support Assistant (Sembawang) to support primary school students with behaviour management, supervision and programme participation. The role runs for one year, with deployment from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, ending in November 2027, and a 34.67 hour workweek excluding a daily lunch break.

The position requires at least 2 GCE O-Level passes including English and a Full Nitec or equivalent.

Qualifications

GCE O-Level passes (min 2) including English.
Full Nitec qualification or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to set firm boundaries.
Experience in student engagement or behaviour management preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular walkabouts and supervise designated areas to support student behaviour management.
Supervise students during assigned disciplinary and corrective activities, including detention, reflection sessions and community service.
Assist with incident management by conducting preliminary conversations with students and compiling relevant records.
Support school events and student development programmes as required.
Maintain professional boundaries while adopting a firm, patient and supportive approach when engaging with students.
Perform other duties as assigned.
