Job summary

SISH INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Admissions and Student Welfare Coordinator responsible for managing student admissions and enrolment, Student Pass administration, and ongoing welfare support to ensure a smooth experience.

You will work with the Principal, teachers and parents to handle applications, prepare offers, maintain records, and ensure compliance with ICA, MOE and CPE requirements, while delivering a positive student journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in student admissions or school administration.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ICA SOLAR+ and CPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admission process from initial enquiries to student enrolment.
• Advise prospective students and parents on admission requirements, curriculum and pathways.
• Coordinate placement tests, interviews and enrolment with the Principal.
• Prepare and process application forms, offer letters, contracts and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate student admission records and support events such as open houses and campus tours.
• Oversee Student Pass applications, renewals and cancellations through the ICA SOLAR+ system.
• Ensure compliance with ICA, CPE and MOE requirements and prepare reports for management and audits.
• Support student welfare, orientation, and engagement programs; handle confidential matters with discretion.
