Job summary

You will communicate withdrawal and refund procedures clearly to students and agents, supporting a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, teamwork with student services, and attention to detail to maintain accurate FPS registrations and compliant processes across the student

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any major with 2 years of experience in Private Education or related field.
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective interaction with students and agents.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to accurately convey information and instructions.
• Ability to communicate in a second language is advantageous for engaging a diverse student community.
• Pleasant disposition to foster positive relationships with students and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions support to students and recruitment agents to facilitate enrollment processes
• Administer student visa applications to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Register students for the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) upon receipt of fees and issue fee receipts promptly
• Ensure students complete the full contract process to maintain compliance with institutional requirements
• Communicate clear and accurate information regarding withdrawals, deferments, transfers, and refund procedures to students
• Oversee student services and coordinate student activities to enhance the student experience
