Job summary

Kindle Kids International School in Singapore seeks an experienced Student Admission and Support Staff to manage admissions and provide student advisory support. The role combines admin duties with guidance for applicants and families, aiming for strong KPI on enrolment targets.

Ideal candidates have prior admissions experience in international schools in Singapore or Malaysia, with excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle day-to-day admin tasks and outreach

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years admissions experience in Singapore international schools.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions guidance and information to prospective students and families.
• Process student applications accurately and ensure documentation is complete.
• Conduct admissions interviews in person or via virtual platforms.
• Assist with registration, transport liaison, uniforms and books merchandise sales, and other admin tasks.
• Participate in outreach, recruitment events, and maintain accurate data records.
