Job summary

Macquarie Group in Singapore is hiring for a Junior to Mid-level Sales role within the Structured Warrants team. You will strengthen distribution to retail clients and build long-term relationships with brokers, advisors and investors.

You will generate new leads, stay current with market news, contribute content for social channels, and assist in warrant structuring based on feedback. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus. Hybrid working options may apply depending on the role.

Qualifications

• Existing experience in financial markets sales and relationship management.
• Strong communication skills and public speaking experience.
• A team player who can work independently with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a passion for financial markets and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent writing and English language skills; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and expand distribution of structured warrants to retail clients.
• Generate new leads and distribution channels and build long-term relationships with brokers, advisors and investors.
• Apply negotiation skills to drive product sales and maintain high service levels.
• Stay updated on local and foreign market news and create content for social platforms.
• Assist in structuring new warrants based on investor feedback or market behaviour.
