Macquarie Group’s Asia Wealth team in Singapore seeks a senior sales/relationship professional to grow our brand and capabilities across Asia Wealth with a focus on Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will deliver high-level sales coverage, deepen distributor partnerships, and translate investment details for the Wealth market while attending industry conferences and coordinating regulatory and client reporting needs.

Qualifications

• History of business development success with 10+ years in Asia Wealth sales/relationships.
• Proven ability to create strategic plans and build meaningful relationships across multiple initiatives.
• Track record of converting relationships to flows and growing AUM in flagship investment products.
• Ability to translate investment details and explain complex concepts to the Wealth market.
• Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous as Singapore evolves as a wealth hub.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business strategy to grow Asia Wealth brand and capabilities in Singapore and SE Asia.
• Provide highest level of sales coverage, deepen distributor relationships, and provide investment insights to distributors.
• Identify and attend relevant industry conferences, coordinate cross-group collaboration, and handle regulatory and client reporting needs.
