Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Structurer to join the structured products team. You will design, price, and commercialize products across crypto and US equities, bridging trading, sales and product for institutional and HNW clients.

This dual-track role requires strong quantitative skills and client-facing business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in structured products or crypto derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of options pricing (Black-Scholes) and volatility surface.
• Proficient in Python/Excel for pricing.

Responsibilities

• Design and price structured products referencing crypto assets and US equities.
• Build and maintain pricing models; run scenario and Greeks analysis.
• Coordinate hedging with the trading desk to ensure executability.
• Originate and grow relationships with institutional clients and HNW investors.
• Own the full sales cycle — pitch, negotiate, close, and manage post-trade relationships.
