Job summary

BIT in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong user-experience focus to lead product strategy and execution for client-facing experiences on our digital asset platform.

You will collaborate with design, engineering and business teams, conduct user research, translate insights into meaningful product improvements, drive analytics, and ensure our products remain intuitive, competitive and compliant across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with strong emphasis on user experience in internet/fintech/platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user research methodologies.
• Experience with consumer-facing or institutional financial products is a plus.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

• Define and iterate the product strategy and roadmap for user-facing products.
• Champion a user-centric approach by conducting user research and translating insights into improvements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and business teams to deliver high-quality user-centered experiences.
