Job summary

BIT is seeking an experienced Product Design Lead to own the end-to-end design vision across BIT's web and mobile products. You will mentor and grow the design team, setting the standard for craft and design quality across the organisation.

You will define the user experience strategy grounded in user research, build and own BIT's design system for consistency and scalability, and collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership across complex products.
• Experience building or scaling a design team and design system from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in Figma and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Background in fintech, crypto, trading or data-heavy products preferred.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin environment experience.

• Own the design roadmap and contribute to broader product and business strategy.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a design leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership across complex, high-quality products at scale.
• Experience building or scaling a design team and design system from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in Figma and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Background in fintech, crypto, trading or data-heavy products strongly preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, bilingual English and Mandarin environment.

Preferred:

• Experience at a leading exchange, trading platform or large-scale consumer tech product.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product direction at a senior leadership level.
