Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Structuring, Trading or Solutions Sales role.
• Experience growing Structured Credit and Macro Derivative business.
• Ability to manage end-to-end deal flow (pitch, originate, execute, document, monitor).
• Strong collaboration with CIB, FM product and risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the structured credit and macro derivative business regionally with product heads and country heads.
• Lead deal origination and end-to-end execution for financing transactions.
• Build partnerships with risk, governance, and control committees to ensure compliant execution.
• Drive service excellence and client-centric cross-asset guidance.
