Job summary

ARTH DESIGN BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator to lead model management, clash detection, and vendor coordination on large-scale construction projects.

You will work with consultants, sub-contractors, and engineers to ensure BIM standards are met and issues resolved. Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree and at least 3 years of coordination experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Familiarity with Substation/SP/LTA/HDB projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min 3 years of coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of Structural Specifications & Requirements.
• Experience producing shop drawings - Structure/Architecture.
• Experience with Substation/SP/LTA/HDB projects is a plus.
• Must be expert in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Should know Revit, Navisworks & BIM 360 as well.
• BIM Certifications (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) preferred.
• Fluency with Bluebeam or other markup/design review tools advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Self-driven and good time management.
• BIM knowledge is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers.
• Manage and prepare models and shop drawings to support construction works.
• Coordinate structural works during construction.
• Good knowledge of structure and architectural details.
• Liaise with internal/external parties and authorities to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues.
• Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for projects.
• Liaise with clients/consultants and prepare weekly progress reports and meetings.
• Ensure subcontractors follow project specifications in BIM implementation.
• Experience with large-scale projects preferred.
• Team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Raise RFIs and oversee dispute/coordination resolutions with trade subcontractors.
• Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.
• Able to perform QA/QC on BIM models.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues.
• Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings
• Ensure the subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.
• Should have an experience in large scale projects
• A good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
• Raise RFIs, oversee resolution of disputes/coordination issues with his/her respective trade subcontractors
• Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.
• Able to conduct QA/QC to the BIM models.
