Job summary

KYK Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Engineer/Manager to lead structural steel projects from planning through handover.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to keep schedules, budgets and quality on track. The role requires 3–5 years in structural steel or construction, strong drawing and specification skills, and the ability to resolve site issues and manage risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, erection and installation processes.
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
• Capable of coordinating multiple parties and managing projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Oversee fabrication, delivery, erection and installation works.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, manpower, materials and site progress.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Ensure works meet quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Resolve technical and site issues and manage project risks and variations.
• Lead project teams and manage project documentation, claims and handover activities.
