Job summary

KYK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage structural steel projects from fabrication through site installation in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction, with strong reading of drawings, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil/Structural/Construction Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction projects preferred.
• Basic knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection and installation.
• Able to read and understand construction and structural drawings.
• Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate structural steel projects from fabrication to site installation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Coordinate drawings, submissions, material orders, deliveries and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, fabrication progress and site activities.
• Follow up on structural steel fabrication, delivery and erection works.
• Assist with inspections, measurements, testing and rectification works.
• Track project issues, outstanding items and action points.
• Assist the Project Manager with reports, meetings, claims and variations.
• Support project handover, defects rectification and close-out.
