Job summary

KYK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support structural steel projects. You will prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions while reviewing contracts and subcontract documents.

You will assist in measurement, take-off quantities, and cost planning, ensuring contractual documents and project requirements are followed. Expect close collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and clients to manage variation orders, claims, and payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Singapore structural steel projects.
• Familiar with PSSCOC / SIA contracts is a plus but not required.
• Able to perform basic estimation, measurement, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions for structural steel projects (QS-related work).
• Review and manage project contracts, tender documents, and subcontract agreements.
• Assist in measurement, take-off quantities, and cost planning for projects.
• Ensure contractual documents and project requirements are properly followed and executed.
• Monitor project progress, variation orders, claims submissions, and payment certification processes.
• Assist in cost control and support resolution of contractual or commercial issues.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on project and contract matters.
• Maintain proper documentation for quotations, claims, and contract administration.
