G-TECH METAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable planner to coordinate workforce and production scheduling within the workshop.

The role focuses on ensuring timely output while maintaining productivity and proper material flow. You will liaise with logistics and management to keep records current and align with SOPs. Responsibilities include daily progress reporting to directors, accurate planning of materials, and adherence to budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production and workforce availability to ensure schedules align with capacity.
• Plan and execute production to meet project deadlines and productivity targets.
• Ensure outputs align with planned schedules and due dates for projects.
• Report daily progress to Directors and update on work status.
• Manage raw material ordering to support production workflows.
• Monitor wastage and advise on quantities to optimize purchase and use.
• Oversee delivery planning and related logistics.
• Maintain filing and documentation and assist in record-keeping.
• Adhere to SOPs and report on performance, budgets, and other required reports.
• Perform additional duties as directed by workshop coordinators or superiors.

Plan and execute workforce into production schedule. Coordinate withlogistic department, information to the logistics system to ensure existinginformation for further processing.

• 1. Help to carry out several tasks betweenproduction and workforce availability.
• 2. Plan and execute production, ensure productivity of the teamwork.
• 3. Ensure output is as per schedule and meet due date(s) for project(s).
• 4. Report / update Directors the daily progress of work.
• 5. Ensure the proper order of raw materials to carry out process of work.
• 6. Be conscious of wastages; - planned and advice for correct quantity to purchase and use.
• 7. Plan the delivery accordingly.
• 8. Perform filing and documentation issues, andprovide with vital assistance in keep records.
• 9. Follow SOP and report on performances, budgets and other reports required from time to time.
• 10.Perform other related work as required by the workshop coordinator(s) and/or Superior(s).
