Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to oversee unauthorised structures in Singapore. You will monitor, investigate, and assess compliance with building regulations, reading structural drawings and communicating with property owners and stakeholders to facilitate resolution.

Requirements include a tertiary qualification in civil/structural engineering, at least 2 years of design/site experience, and strong English communication.
