Responsibilities

• Policy development and strategic planning: develop end-to-end policies and planning for jobs and skills initiatives, including planning, execution, communications, and policy paper preparation.
• Data analysis and ecosystem development: analyse labour market data and industry feedback to derive insights and inform policy reviews and programme development.
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration: collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed intel-driven planning into programme development and manage diverse stakeholder needs.
