Sengkang General Hospital seeks a Senior Strategy Leader to drive strategic planning, corporate performance management and policy development. You will align priorities with initiatives, guide performance reviews and develop data-driven scorecards to support decision making.

With 12+ years of experience and a leadership track record in healthcare, you will influence senior leaders and manage horizon scanning, research and policy reviews to promote governance and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

Degree or Master's qualification in a relevant discipline.
12+ years of relevant experience with minimum 4 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record in strategic planning, corporate planning, performance management and policy development.
Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Hospital's strategic planning, corporate performance management and policy development functions.
Oversee the annual corporate planning cycle and translate priorities into actionable workplans.
Strengthen performance management through robust scorecards and data-driven decision making.
Prepare strategic reports for senior management and external stakeholders; drive organisation-wide engagement.
