Job summary

Ministry of National Development in Singapore invites bright graduates or early-career officers to join the Corporate Strategy team. You will work with senior leadership to shape medium- to long-term priorities across housing, land use, urban development, infrastructure and resilience.

This role offers exposure to how strategic issues are framed and progressed at the senior level, with accelerated learning and development in a large public sector organisation.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic priorities and decision-making by refining medium- to long-term priorities (5–10 years) and translating insights into papers and discussions.
• Drive cross-cutting strategy projects by leading blue-sky initiatives across divisions and agencies.
• Shape senior leadership platforms by designing forums and ensuring focused, outcomes-driven discussions.
• Strengthen organisational resilience by identifying risks and developing proactive strategies.
• Track progress on key priorities and provide leadership with a clear view of status and needed course corrections.
• A panoramic view of how Singapore’s built environment is shaped across housing, land use, infrastructure, urban development and municipal services.
