Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Investment Analyst to evaluate potential investments and strategic opportunities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves building financial models, performing valuation work, and conducting market research to support decisions. You will assist with due diligence and transaction execution, and track performance of existing investments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Investments, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory / Transaction Services or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic business opportunities.
• Conduct company, industry and market research to support investment assessments and strategic decision-making.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses and feasibility studies for potential transactions and business opportunities.
• Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties.
• Assist with transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, financial analysis and other deal-related materials.
• Analyse the financial and operational performance of existing businesses and investments, and identify opportunities for growth, improvement and value creation.
• Support corporate finance activities including capital allocation, funding analysis and evaluation of debt and equity financing options.
• Work closely with senior management on M&A, business expansion, strategic partnerships and other group-level initiatives.
