People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Investment Analyst to evaluate potential investments, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

You will conduct company and market research, build financial models and perform valuations to support decision-making and deal execution.

The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and advisors, contributes to due diligence, and helps analyze the performance of existing businesses for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Investments, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory / Transaction Services or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and strategic opportunities.
• Conduct company, industry and market research to support investment assessments and strategic decision-making.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses and feasibility studies for potential transactions and business opportunities.
• Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties.
• Assist with transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, financial analysis and other deal-related materials.
• Analyse the financial and operational performance of existing businesses and investments, and identify opportunities for growth, improvement and value creation.
• Support corporate finance activities including capital allocation, funding analysis and evaluation of debt and equity financing options.
• Work closely with senior management on M&A, business expansion, strategic partnerships and other group-level initiatives.
