Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Investment Analyst with at least 1 year of relevant experience to evaluate investments, conduct market research, and support due diligence. The role involves building financial models, performing valuation analyses, and assisting with deal materials.

You will work with senior management on M&A and strategic partnerships, coordinate with internal teams and external advisors, and help identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Investments, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory / Transaction Services or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills, with good understanding of financial statements and transaction analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic business opportunities.
• Conduct company, industry and market research to support investment assessments and strategic decision-making.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses and feasibility studies for potential transactions and business opportunities.
• Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties.
• Assist with transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, financial analysis and other deal-related materials.
• Analyse the financial and operational performance of existing businesses and investments, and identify opportunities for growth, improvement and value creation.
• Support corporate finance activities including capital allocation, funding analysis and evaluation of debt and equity financing options.
• Work closely with senior management on M&A, business expansion, strategic partnerships and other group-level initiatives.
