Job summary

Savills Singapore Group is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Corporate Development to support strategic growth initiatives across acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and post-acquisition monitoring. You will assist the Manager, Corporate Development, and collaborate with business leaders, internal teams, target companies, and external advisers through the full lifecycle.

Support evaluation and execution of acquisition, investment and strategic partnership opportunities.
Maintain corporate development pipeline with next steps, decision points and timelines.
Conduct industry, market and competitor research to support initiatives.
Analyse strategic rationale, risks and potential benefits of opportunities.
Prepare investment theses, summaries and management recommendations.
