Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a healthcare-focused strategist to join the Medical Tower Planning and Development team. You will analyse demand, bed utilisation, staffing requirements, and budgeting to underpin the Phase 2 master plan and ensure data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with HR, Finance and clinical leads to develop manpower plans, project dashboards, and funding proposals. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement are essential in a fast-moving hospital project

Qualifications

• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Healthcare Management or related field is an advantage.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, resource management or data-driven project management, ideally in healthcare or public sector.
• Experience in manpower or resource planning in healthcare context is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with data modelling, financial forecasting and Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, structured narratives for senior audiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across clinical, operational and administrative stakeholders.
• Meticulous, well-organised, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand-projection models to validate capacity and growth targets.
• Support Master Manpower Plan and staffing models with HR and Finance.
• Track funding submissions, budgets and governance approvals.
• Maintain progress dashboards and provide secretariat support for meetings and stakeholder engagement.
