Woodlands Hospital is seeking a Workforce Planning & Total Rewards Specialist to shape manpower needs and support compensation initiatives. You will partner with HR, Finance and business units to drive governance, workforce analytics, and budgeting processes.

The role offers exposure to the Total Rewards portfolio, including salary reviews and rewards programs, while expanding cross-functional HR expertise across workforce planning and rewards projects.

Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in workforce planning or related analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving business challenges with data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Knowledge of budgeting or financial planning would be advantageous.
• Experience with dashboard development and data visualization (Power BI) would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Drive the annual manpower planning and budgeting cycle with Finance and HR Business Partners to forecast workforce requirements and manpower costs using data, trends, and workload drivers.
• Evaluate manpower requests throughout the year, ensuring alignment with priorities, headcount, and budget.
• Strengthen workforce governance by establishing frameworks, policies, and monitoring mechanisms for manpower management.
• Design and develop dashboards and management reports for workforce metrics, utilization, and budget performance.
• Manage manpower-related reporting for internal and external stakeholders while driving process simplification and automation.
• Monitor manpower funding utilisation, coordinate funding submissions and claims, and support audit/compliance requirements.
