A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore invites experienced planning professionals to join the Innovation & Enterprise Group's Planning team. You will shape strategic initiatives, coordinate resource stewardship, and partner with senior management to drive national R&D outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in strategic planning, corporate development, or industry engagement, with strong analytics and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

3–5 years in strategic planning, corporate development, or industry engagement.
Experience with data-driven strategy and investment decisions.
Strong understanding of Singapore's R&D ecosystem and policy landscape.
Ability to lead across cross-disciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of data driven innovation and enterprise strategies aligned with strategic priorities.
Translate priorities into actionable plans, funding initiatives, and performance frameworks.
Support resource planning and allocation optimisation across the Group.
Assist in evaluative approaches to assess effectiveness of initiatives with quantitative and qualitative evidence.
Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for Oversight Committee and stakeholders.
Contribute to special projects and engagements with industry, public sector, and national platforms.
