Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior Manager (Planning) to lead the strategy, planning and coordination of enterprise-focused programmes within the Enterprise Group. You will independently manage complex policy matters, analyse data to support decisions, and collaborate with SWDA, MOM and other agencies to advance EG's priorities.

You will oversee annual corporate planning, consolidate inputs, and ensure alignment with SWDA's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Ability to analyse policy issues, gather inputs and provide recommendations.
• Clear, succinct written communication for policy matters.
• Good understanding of labour market trends and workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align EG's enterprise-focused programmes with SWDA's strategic priorities.
• Analyse industry trends, workforce data and programme performance to inform recommendations.
• Provide central oversight in setting EG's priorities, targets and KPIs; identify gaps and actions.
• Coordinate inputs across SWDA, MOM and other agencies on cross-cutting policy matters.
• Plan and coordinate EG's annual corporate planning cycle and ensure alignment with SWDA's objectives.
