Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in key account management of industrial products, preferably welding.
• Experience as Welding Engineer or welding process improvement welcomed.
• Ability to analyze account needs and develop strategic plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Understand how the customer defines value, develop strategic objectives and identify challenges.
• Maintain relationships with key existing customers and develop business with prospective end customers.
• Develop and implement action plans to grow business within existing and prospective customers.
• Present economic justifications, and total cost/productivity improvements to mid and senior management.
• Manage product trials and demonstrations, support process conversions with technical team.
• Collaborate with local distribution and drive growth strategies with partners.
• Manage territory and key accounts with an 80/20 mindset, leveraging resources.
