Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Senior Executive/Executive to lead daily warehouse activities, plan complex processes, and optimise storage and layout across SMRT warehouses. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, implement quality programmes, and leverage data analytics to drive efficiency and safety.

Ideal candidates will have a diploma in logistics or related fields, and familiarity with SAP MM/QM modules.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge in SAP MM and QM modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement complex warehouse processes and layouts.
• Coordinate storage utilisation, quality programmes and data analytics.
• Oversee multiple SMRT warehouse operations and depots.
• Develop resource and forecast plans to improve efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement and risk assessment activities.
