Job summary

STYL Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Administrator to join our Singapore team. You will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and coordination of inbound/outbound logistics across multiple departments and external partners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and data integrity within our supply chain. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in logistics and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics or supply chain admin.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP/WMS, SAP preferred.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented and multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in SME, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Manage 3PL relationships, inquiries and efficiency.
• Track and maintain inventory records using WMS and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers; ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Prepare shipping documents (delivery orders, invoices, airway bills).
• Monitor shipments and resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, operations, vendors and customers.
• Support demand planning and product allocation to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure warehouse safety, quality and operational standards.
