Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for SME in Singapore to lead end-to-end sales, targeting SME clients and driving growth. You will use our tech platform and Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, present compelling value propositions, and close strategic deals.

You will be at the forefront of acquiring SME clients, building lasting relationships, and delivering strong sales performance in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with uncapped earning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Ability to build strategic-level relationships with SME clients.
• Confident presenting and delivering product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for SME prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities via cold-calling and networking.
• Represent FCM in meetings with key decision-makers to create opportunities.
• Deliver value-driven proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast sales revenue.
• Hand over closed sales to account management with details for TTV.
