Job summary

Forté Employment Services Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Programme Leader to drive end-to-end transformation across multiple workstreams in Singapore.

You will coordinate milestones, dependencies and resources while maintaining strong governance and risk controls. You will engage senior stakeholders, lead regulatory engagements, and chair steering forums to ensure timely decisions and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• Minimum 10 years in Programme Management, PMO or Business Analysis.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and planning skills.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or legal entity migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Drive alignment of milestones, deliverables, dependencies and resources.
• Act as escalation point for cross-functional issues and governance.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Lead regulatory engagement and oversee submission timelines.
• Chair governance forums (Steering Committees/Working Groups).
• Document, track and follow through decisions and risks.
