Responsibilities

• Chair governance forums (SteerCo, working groups) and engage with senior leaders/C-suite; ensure decisions are documented, tracked, and actioned.
• Drive operational resilience by embedding BAU controls into program delivery and maintaining program-level RAID logs.
• Act as primary escalation point for cross-functional issues with a business-framework focus rather than deep technical/UAT involvement.
