Certis CISCO Aviation Security Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, drive productivity improvements, and optimise costs across the aviation security services. You will manage multiple workstreams, engage stakeholders, and develop robust business cases to support change initiatives.

The role requires 5–8 years of transformation project management experience, with a background in operations-intensive environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in transformation project management, business process improvement, operational excellence, management consulting or cost optimisation.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Practical experience in developing project plans, business cases, governance structures, management updates and benefits-tracking frameworks.
• Experience in an operations-intensive environment, such as aviation, security, logistics, facilities management or other service operations, would be advantageous.
• Project management or process-improvement certification, such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Agile, would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Transformation Project Management across enterprise-wide programmes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, milestones, risks and benefits tracking.
• Prepare management updates and business cases for review.
• Establish project plans, timelines, resource requirements and governance structures.
• Track project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and implement productivity improvement and cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainability of change.
