Virtuos Ltd. is seeking a Transformation Manager to support the COO in driving key transformation initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on program management, executive communication, and cross-functional delivery in a complex, multi-region setting.

The ideal candidate has consulting experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with disciplined execution. Travel across regions is required as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a consulting firm, ideally with Transformation or Organization Consulting.
• Experience leading strategic program management or complex transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to executive leadership and senior stakeholders including studio general managers and C-level leaders.
• Background in complex, multi-region organizations.
• Excellent English communication with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Highly disciplined, pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Able to travel internationally (North America, Europe, China) without visa constraints.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Transformation Execution: Drive transformation projects sponsored by the COO with clear structure and timely delivery.
• Cross-Functional Initiative Management: Coordinate divisions, functions and regions to align priorities.
• Governance & Decision Support: Prepare executive updates and decision materials for leadership discussions.
• Progress Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor milestones, deliverables, and risks; escalate where needed.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment: Build relationships with senior leaders to maintain momentum and translate decisions into action.
• Process Design & Implementation: Help design governance processes and operating models to improve execution quality.
• Executive Communication: Create concise, high-quality communications for senior audiences.
