Job summary

Virtuos is seeking a Transformation Manager to support the COO in driving strategic transformation priorities across the organization. This role will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track progress, manage risks, and ensure disciplined execution across regions.

The ideal candidate will come from consulting or strategic program management with multi-region exposure, and possess excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills. Travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a consulting firm, ideally with Transformation focus.
  • Experience leading strategic program management or complex transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to executive leadership and senior stakeholders: Studio GMs, Directors, and C‑level leaders.
  • Background in complex, multi-region organizations; travel internationally.
  • Excellent English communication; strong stakeholder management.
  • Disciplined, pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Transformation Manager is a high-impact role working in direct support of the Chief Operating Officer to execute strategic transformation priorities across Virtuos. This role helps drive cross-functional initiatives, ensures alignment across divisions and regions, and supports the COO in turning strategic intent into structured execution.

The position requires a strong combination of program management, executive communication, stakeholder coordination, and hands‑on delivery. The Transformation Manager acts as a force multiplier for the COO by preparing decision materials, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and helping ensure that key initiatives move forward with clarity, discipline, and momentum.

This role is well suited to a candidate with prior experience in transformation, business consulting, or strategic program management, and who is comfortable operating in a complex, multi-region organization with senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Transformation Execution: Execute strategic transformation projects sponsored by the COO, ensuring clear structure, disciplined follow-through, and timely delivery.
  2. Cross‑Functional Initiative Management: Drive initiatives that cut across divisions, functions, and regions by coordinating stakeholders, clarifying responsibilities, and maintaining alignment on priorities.
  3. Governance & Decision Support: Support governance routines, prepare executive updates, and develop decision materials that enable effective leadership discussions and action.
  4. Progress Tracking & Risk Management: Track progress, milestones, deliverables, and risks across strategic initiatives, escalating issues proactively when intervention is required.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment: Build effective working relationships with senior leaders and key contributors to maintain momentum, resolve blockers, and ensure decisions translate into execution.
  6. Process Design & Implementation: Support the design, formalization, and implementation of governance processes, operating models, and coordination mechanisms that improve execution quality.
  7. Executive Communication: Prepare concise, high-quality communication for executive audiences, ensuring messages are clear, structured, and adapted to senior stakeholder needs.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in a consulting firm, ideally with a focus on Transformation, Business Transformation, or Organization Consulting
  • Experience leading strategic program management or complex transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to executive leadership and senior stakeholders, including Studio General Managers, Regional and Function Directors, and C‑level leaders
  • Background in complex, multi‑region organizations
  • Excellent communication skills in English with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Highly disciplined, pragmatic, and delivery‑oriented mindset
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Able to travel internationally, including North America, Europe, and China, without visa constraints
