Job summary

Virtuos is seeking a Transformation Manager to support the COO in driving strategic transformation priorities across the organization. This role will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track progress, manage risks, and ensure disciplined execution across regions.

The ideal candidate will come from consulting or strategic program management with multi-region exposure, and possess excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills. Travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a consulting firm, ideally with Transformation focus.
• Experience leading strategic program management or complex transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to executive leadership and senior stakeholders: Studio GMs, Directors, and C‑level leaders.
• Background in complex, multi-region organizations; travel internationally.
• Excellent English communication; strong stakeholder management.
• Disciplined, pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Transformation Execution: drive projects sponsored by the COO with clear structure and timely delivery.
• Cross-Functional Initiative Management: coordinate stakeholders across divisions, functions, and regions.
• Governance & Decision Support: prepare governance materials and executive updates.
• Progress Tracking & Risk Management: monitor milestones, deliverables, and risks, escalating when needed.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment: maintain momentum with senior leaders and contributors.
• Process Design & Implementation: support governance processes and operating models to improve execution.
• Executive Communication: craft concise, high-quality messages for senior audiences.
