Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, IT governance, or related domains.
• Experience with portfolio management, cross-functional programs, and executive reporting.
• Strong ability to conduct benchmarking, analysis, and translate findings into actions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; experience in international organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Represent ITD in Bank-wide initiatives and governance forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to implement strategic priorities.
• Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement of IT governance practices and templates.
• Engage with business units to understand priorities and operating models.
