Job summary

PERSOL Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation to shape and execute Singapore’s strategic agenda, focusing on enterprise-wide planning, performance reporting, and transformational programs.

The role suits former consultants with delivery experience in telco/IT, requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and P&L awareness; you will drive cost optimization, post-merger integration, and cross-functional initiatives to realise measurable business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
5–7 years total experience.
2–3 years in management consulting (Associate level).
Experience in transformation programs, business planning, and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

Lead annual and quarterly planning processes with AOP and scorecards.
Provide structured analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
Translate strategic priorities into execution roadmaps and KPIs.
Manage organisation-wide transformation initiatives including AI-enabled programs and cost optimisation.
Support post-merger integration activities: synergy tracking and governance.
Develop P&L analyses and scenarios to inform decisions.
Partner with Group Finance and BU leads to build robust business cases.
Engage with senior executives to align on transformation and planning priorities.
